In the 30 years that
i have been Gang Stalked by the British Drugs Mafia, Police and Free Masons, i
have never heard of any person becoming a targeted individual that was not put
in that position by either a Mason, a Bent Mason Cop or recently Mason Drug Traffickers.

The truth is that
after the second world war, and in the lead up to the 60s peace movement, all
people talked about was revolution, and all the rock bands have taunted
audiences with calls for revolution, change and equality, the security service
were told to deal with it by the establishment.
The first things we
hear are of the attempted subversion of the rolling stones by MI5. They have
been braking up society in one way or another since then for control purposes.
The Free Masons and other fraternal entities have infiltrated every government
in the world and are controlling the world in a new NAZI state.
In the 1960s MK
Ultra was started by the USA CIA, the CIA worked with MI6 and in 1969 Dr Barrie
Trower, a scientist from MI6, was brought in to run military intelligence de
briefing of spies using Voice to Skull. Barry has since consulted with Police
agencies on the use of this equipment, so we know the police are using the
mobile versions of voice to skull.
The Freemasons and
other fraternaties, have Ring-fenced people for centuries, sucking the life out
of talented people, stealing their Intellectual Property Rights and businesses,
then surrounding them with people that destroy their life. This was then passed
by Masons lodges, to local criminals to undertake. As it developed over
decades, the drug Mafia and organised crime got involved in the Ring-fencing,
because they were paid, or presure the Masons applied to them via the security
services which they control.
At this point the
term Gang Stalking appears, this is because quite literally their are gangs of
these vampires out there sucking the ideas and money making schemes out of
talented people and stopping them from achieving anything. Now we hit the late
1990s, the Government control system is now in full swing.
Now we combine Voice
to Scull, V2k, with Direct Energy Weapons DEW Attacks along with the Gang
Stalking. Add to this RFID Implants and Tracking plus the myriad of programs
the governments are running like Prism, Cointel Pro etc. and we are all in
lock-down!
Now the term
Targeted Individual raises its ugly head, this is all the methods brought to
bare on an individual to control them and destroy their life.
So here we are
living in a new clever NAZI world, with 90% of people walking about oblivious,
5% controlling all the money and the people, and 5% that are Targeted
Individuals, a person perceived by the governments to be a threat because of
their intelligence and because they care and are activists, trying to bring
about change in this god forsaken world, its the establishment and fraternaties
that have to go! Not the Targeted Individuals!
The TIA is the
BALANCE, we are going to sue every country in the world for human rights
breaches, genocide for using weapons developed for the military on the civilian
population.
All countries have
broken the Nuremberg treaty, it says, no government can ever experiment on the
civilian population, ever again after the Nazis in world war 2, this was signed
by every country in the world.
Now every country in
the world is involved in Targeting the talented of this world. This can only
end in some Orwellian disaster where the human genome due to selective breeding
(removing the talented people) creates dumbed down humans.
THE MISSION
The TIA is going
after the budgets of all security service and the assets of the Masons and Drug
Traffickers and criminals involved in this abhorrent state we are living in!
There needs to be a worldwide effort by all people not just Targeted
Individuals, to bring these out of control Nazi governments under control. The
TIA is the first step down that road. Its a chance for all TIs (Targeted
Individuals) to get some relief and compensation for what the Governments,
Masons, Drug Mafias and criminals of this world have wrought on us!

government in the world to ban Covert Harassment, Gang Stalking, Voice to
Skull, V2K, Direct Energy Weapons, DEW & RFID Implants without consent. If
your being followed, harassed, victimised, gang stalked, your phone is bugged, emails
are going missing, you could be hearing a constant high pitched tone in your
ear, or voices talking in your head only you hear!? Your not crazy!
Your one of the
destroyed people at the hands of the Freemasons called a Targeted Individual.
Destroyed by the power and greed of the criminal organisation known as the Free
Masons. They run the drug trafficking around the world, controlling the drugs
Mafia through their Masons Lodges. Manipulating the justice system and the
security services such as MI5, MI6 the National Crime Agency and all local
police. Stealing talented peoples businesses and IPR (Intellectual Property
Rights).
Once you are a
Targeted Individual, you are Gang Stalked and controlled using RNM (Remote
Neural Monitoring), involving V2k, DEW Attacks, RFID Implants, its a form of
torture, the ring-fencing aspect is key to their success, they control everyone
that comes near you. The British Monarchy control the Masons, the Queen is of
the UK is the Grand Patroness of international Freemasonry, her cousin the Duke
of Kent is the Grand Master of the Masons, Prince Philip is also a Mason. They
have ruined our lives, its a worldwide disgrace, a yet another stain on the
already tarnished human history!
Help the TIA to
bring the Masons and their helpers to justice and bring an end to Freemason
Gang Stalking, with their use of the British Drug Mafia using local drug
dealers and criminals along with the security services MI5, MI6, the NCA
(National Crime Agency) and local law enforcement to help them ring-fence
anyone in opposition to them.

a major speech Brezhnev urged the united states to agree on a ban of research and

Brezhnev repeated his proposed ban on development of frightful new weapons, to

Ponomarev called for a ban on frightful new weapons of mass destruction.
On September 23,
1975 Gromyko presented a draft treaty agreement to the 30th session of the UN
General Assembly, for banning development of frightful new weapons.

Charter of Human Rights Article 1 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the
EU (2000) states that Human dignity is inviolable. It must be respected and
protected. In a highly information and communications technology-based world,
this fundamental human right and basic ethical principle is facing an
increasing threat. The TIA organisation is committed to raising awareness to
the problem of non-consensual experimentation using remote influencing
technologies and techniques on the human mind and body. We propose clear
ethical boundaries to regulate their use.
The Targeted
Individuals Association is committed to raising awareness to the legal systems
as well as to the medical and scientific community to the crime of illegal
biomedical and weaponry research committed on citizens in the world. As a
Global network, The TIA acts as a lobbying and advocacy platform towards the
EU, USA, UK and other governments around the world. Using our international
network of scientific and technology experts, and human rights organisations as
well as important stakeholders in civil society, we provide consultancy
services to the EU Institutions based on our expertise. The TIA organisational
goal is to influence EU, USA, UK and global legislation and the decision-making
process in calling for a worldwide ban on weapons that might enable any form of
manipulation of human beings.
Awareness-raising
campaigns to disseminate information and mobilise public opinion on the issue
of covert technologies and techniques that enable the manipulation of human
beings. Providing expert consultancy to key decision-makers on the creation of
appropriate EU legislation to protect citizens from this kind of covert crimes.
Organising networking events (workshops, seminars, conferences) involving all
players concerned to exchange experiences and best practices for the
establishment of clear ethical boundaries to strictly regulate the use of
systems enabling the manipulation and control of human beings.
It is our philosophy
that all men are equal before the law. Everybodys right to life shall be
protected. Nobody shall be subjected to torture or held in slavery. Any
technologies and techniques capable of endangering the human physical and/or
psychological health, to modify the individuals autonomy and affect their
dignity should be strictly prohibited.

Its clear that all
EU, UN, Rome Treaty and Nuremberg Treaty laws are all being broken in a
flagrant attempt to suppress opinion against the establishment, masons, drugs

clearly a mason private army.
The use of Voice to
Skull and DEW weapons on the civilian population is an act of war against
humanity, humanity has the right to retaliate. If there is no law and order and
no justice system because it is infiltrated at every level by corrupt fraternal
organisations running their own agendas, then the government has no right to
rule, the establishment and fraternal organisations enslaving everyone have to
go! We want compensating!
